Titan Homes stands by
the quality and construction techniques of our homes through our
warranty program. A two month walk through gives you ample time
to get settled and familiarize yourself with your new home
before we return to service any warranty items. An 11 month walk
addresses covered warranty issues you may have encountered in
the first year of living in your new home, including seasonal
weather-related questions.

DESIGN
CONSULTING
As a service to our new home buyers, Titan Homes provides 3
hours of Design Consultation with Neal LeBouef, the principal designer and owner of L design
group to personalize your home to your liking. Neil has an innate understanding of color, space,
architecture and design. His passion for design is fueled a need to be surrounded by interiors that inspire and please the senses.
For the past 5 years he has designed interiors for numerous residences in River Oaks,
Braeswood, Montrose and The Heights. |

FINANCING-NO
INCITATION FEE
As a service to our home buyers Titan Homes will pay the initiation
fee at the time of closing which is about 1% of the cost of the
new home, if the buyer uses our preferred lender.
Our preferred lender has a large portfolio of products. So no
matter what your situation, they have the right mortgage to fit
your needs, as well as great rates and dedicated mortgage
professionals who will be with you every step of the way.
